Hey, New York! More Places For Our Pork!

This little piggy has gone to market. If you've tried EcoFriendly Foods pork in some of the many fine restaurants in New York but have been dying (or at least trying!) to take some home to cook yourself, here's some good news. Just a short hop to Brooklyn and you can get your very own at Marlow & Daughters in Williamsburg.

It's just a start, but in time we hope to have more ways to get more of our EcoFriendly meats directly to consumers in the New York metro area.

Everybody's Talking About It

Alright, everybody means everybody and we know it's not everybody, but A LOT of people sure like EcoFriendly Foods pork in New York.  EcoFriendly's co-founders Bev and Janelle Eggleston will be participating in the series of charity dinners at Momofuku to benefit City Harvest and the Food Bank for New York City on March 10. 

Who else is talking about it?  Well, we spotted it in Eater and in Katie Parla's blog among others. Even Channel 4 got word about it.

An Interview with Bev Egg and his Super Swine

Our main man, Bev Eggleston, has lots to say about our plans for New York City, the nature of our animals and why they taste so good. An Offal-ly Good Meal with Fergus Henderson and EcoFriendly

FergusFest 2008 is this coming Monday at Momofuku Noodle Bar in Manhattan. Our good friends at Momofuku have been featuring EcoFriendly pork for a long time now and they've been cooking up masterpieces. Monday's your chance to see what renowned London chef and author Fergus Henderson does with our EcoFriendly pork as he takes over the kitchen. Eater caught the menu and the famous "nose to tail" chef will indeed find a variety of ways to put Bev Eggleston's piggies to good and tasty use!

Some of us in Virginia sure wish we were in NY this weekend! Send us pictures!
