Sorry it's been a while with the updates but we've got some insight into what you'll find this weekend at Arlington Courthouse and Dupont Circle farmers markets.
Starting with beef, there's plenty of ground beef and fresh cuts available. Most are 60-day dry aged. Great for the grill, stove top, slow cooker, or the oven if you dare turn it on in the middle of summer.
Look for more great chicken too. Whole birds and lots of fresh cuts are all available. Our hybrid birds and our red-feathered Pollo Rosso. We also have a fresh goat available this week. All sorts of cuts, but if you're looking for legs, we've got two available only as whole legs.
And who doesn't love EcoFriendly pork? We have fresh and frozen pork chops, both farmers cross and Ossobaw cuts. But that's not all. Did you try our Virginia cured prosciutto we call VaSciutto last weekend? Cut fresh, it's only $4/oz. You will love to try this amazing product made safely and raised humanely.
