Well friends, we don't have any eggs this week. But there's no point in crying over missing eggs when we have plenty of fresh beef, including great steaks such as ribeyes, tenderloins, and New York strips. There's also plenty of fresh ground beef. And ground pork, as well as fresh pork tenderloins.
On the frozen side, lots of chicken. Whole birds as well as our usual cuts, including leg quarters and breasts. We also have chicken livers. And frozen beef offal as well, including tongues, livers, hearts and kidneys.
But also look for our frozen beef oxtails. I assure you it will be getting mighty cold again this winter and what could warm you up inside more than some Ecofriendly oxtail stew? (Maybe a hearty glass of red wine?) See you this weekend!
