Hosted by our friends at Café Saint Ex, Bar Pilar, and Local 16,
we do (almost) all the cooking for you!
A 315-pound pig from EcoFriendly Foods, slow cooked for about the past
24 hours. Perhaps you may have seen the
giant smoker we had on the back of our truck at the Dupont Circle farmers
market yesterday?
If you love the EcoFriendly pork chops, ribs and more that you find at our farmers
markets and restaurants across DC, come enjoy some great BBQ sandwiches and delicious sauces. Best of all, it’s a fundraiser
for Ross Elementary School. (Doesn't this sound better than a bake sale?) It all
takes place at the corner of 14th and T Streets, NW in Washington.
Nine dollars gets you two BBQ sliders, sides and a
choice of sauces. Along with fresh,
homemade lemonade, raffle prizes and we all know it isn’t a party if there’s no
face painting!
